Rage in the Sage

I wrote my race report on ATT, so if you would like to check it out here's the link!

Needless to say, I'm completely recovered. I wasn't sore, wasn't fatigue, just a little tired from the driving. Today I had my massage and Kylah actually said I "wasn't too bad." All things considered that is a HUGE improvement for me!

Now, it's just time to move on, focus on staying, being healthy for the next 9 weeks!

Cheers :-)

If you keep doing races for 20 more years you will see the gals in my AG are much more fun. We are just so glad to be alive! Your AG there is just taking this way too seriously. You rocked that race. I think doing that run in that time was great-and you felt good at the end..Good job!

Hey great race!! I am sorry you had to deal with all those lame girls, I really hate when people are like that. You did awesome though, and showed them all up in the water!!

You should do St. George Tri next year. Only a 1.5 hours from Vegas and it is a great venue!! Sells out every year!
